Support the Pole Between the Machine and the Work
The Forklift Mount Support Arm bolts directly to the Modular Forklift Mount Base and extends approximately 65" forward from the carriage.
Its purpose is to support the Lonestar pole assembly while the operator moves into position, advances a tool toward the work area, or retracts equipment from a pipe or filter housing.
A Wye-shaped cradle at the end of the arm gives the pole a dedicated resting point, helping support the assembly instead of requiring personnel to carry its weight continuously.
During active pushing or pulling, the telehandler can be tilted or positioned so the pole rises slightly clear of the support cradle and remains free to move as needed.
Support When You Need It. Clearance When You Don't.
The Support Arm is intended primarily as a rest and positioning aid, not as a rigid guide for the pole.
When moving the telehandler toward or away from the work area, the pole can rest in the Wye-shaped cradle, helping support the weight of longer assemblies.
Once pushing or pulling begins, the operator can adjust the machine so the pole lifts slightly off the cradle. This keeps the Support Arm from unnecessarily restricting pole movement while the working load is applied through the Ball Joint Pull Tab and Mount Base.
Key Features
Supports the Pole Through the Retrieval Process
The Forklift Mount Support Arm is especially useful when operating the Lonestar Retracting Filter Cartridge Puller Tool.
-
01AdvanceThe pole assembly rests on the support while the operator advances the puller into a dirty or stuck cartridge.
-
02Pull BackAfter the cartridge is engaged, the telehandler pulls the assembly back while the support helps carry the pole as it exits the filter housing.
-
03Retract & RemoveOnce the dirty cartridge is clear, the pole rests on the support again while the operator retracts the puller wings and removes the cartridge.

Large Section
Bolts to the Modular Forklift Mount Base and carries the forward section. .125" 5052 aluminum.
Forward Section
Bolts to the rear section to complete the 65" assembled length. .125" 5052 aluminum.
Wye-Shaped Support Cradle
Separate cradle bolts to the working end of the arm to provide the pole resting surface.
Installs Directly to the Forklift Mount Base
The Support Arm attaches to the Modular Forklift Mount Base using two 3/8" bolts.
Once installed, the arm extends forward from the telehandler carriage and positions the Wye support underneath the pole assembly.
The Support Arm carries the intermediate pole position while the Ball Joint Pull Tab provides the actual push/pull connection to the machine.
