Connect the Modular Pole System Directly to the Telehandler
The Modular Forklift Mount Base creates a dedicated connection between a compatible telehandler fork carriage and the Lonestar Modular Pole System.
The upper hook fits over the round upper fork mounting bar, while the lower section swings into position around the lower crossmember of the fork rack. A 5/8" retaining pin secures the mount through the appropriate hole position.
Once installed, the upper connection tabs accept the Lonestar Pull Tab Attachment with Ball Joint, creating a pivoting connection between the telehandler and the pole assembly.
This setup allows the telehandler to assist with controlled pushing and pulling operations without relying on the end of the pole simply resting against a fork or carriage surface.
A Positive Connection Instead of an Unsecured Pole End
When pushing foam pigs using long pole assemblies, one common approach is to place the rear of the pole against the telehandler or fork structure and manually hold it in position. That setup can allow the pole to shift or slide as force is applied.
The Modular Forklift Mount Base provides a dedicated mechanical connection for the rear of the Lonestar pole assembly. When used with the Ball Joint Pull Tab, the pole remains connected to the machine while still being able to articulate as the operator positions the telehandler.
This reduces the need for personnel to stand directly at the rear of the pole to keep it positioned during equipment-assisted operations.
Key Features
Adjustable Fork-Carriage Installation
The mount is designed around the general fork-rack geometry used on many 8,000 lb, 10,000 lb, and 12,000 lb telehandlers.
-
01Hook the Upper BarPosition the upper hook over the telehandler's round upper fork mounting bar.
-
02Swing the Lower SectionSwing the lower portion of the mount into place around the lower fork-rack crossmember.
-
03Select the Adjustment HoleChoose the hole position that matches the carriage geometry.
-
04Pin the MountInstall the included 5/8" retaining pin to secure the mount to the carriage.
-
05Attach the Ball Joint Pull TabPin the Ball Joint Pull Tab between the upper mounting tabs using the included 5/8" connection pin.
Designed for the Lonestar Ball Joint Pull Tab
The upper mounting tabs are specifically designed to accept the Pull Tab Attachment with Ball Joint.
Once pinned in place, the Ball Joint Pull Tab connects directly to Lonestar Modular Extension Poles using the standard Quick-Connect interface.
This allows the pole assembly to articulate relative to the machine while maintaining a positive connection during controlled push/pull operations.

The Mount Base connects to the pole system through the Ball Joint Pull Tab. Pair it with the components below to build out the assembly.
Built in Texas
Lonestar Integrity Modular Forklift Mount Bases are manufactured and welded in Texas from .187" 304 stainless steel.
Important Use Notice
Push/Pull Use Only — Not for Lifting. The Modular Forklift Mount Base and all connected Lonestar Integrity pole-system components are intended only for controlled pushing and pulling operations. They are not designed, rated, or intended for lifting, hoisting, suspended loads, personnel support, or overhead load handling.
Confirm proper mount fitment, pin engagement, and component condition before each use. Equipment operator remains responsible for maintaining control of the machine and attachment throughout operation.
