A Complete Starting Setup for Longer-Reach Retrieval
The Extended Reach Pulling Kit combines the core components needed to build a longer-reach Lonestar pulling assembly.
Two 75" Modular Extension Poles provide the reach, while the stainless steel Slim Single Hook attaches to the working end for engaging ropes, cables, and pull points on foam pigs, ILI tools, and similar pipeline equipment.
On the operator end, the Shackle Pull Tab provides a connection point for a sling when equipment-assisted pulling is required.
All three attachment points use the Lonestar Quick-Connect System, allowing the kit to be assembled quickly and expanded later with additional pole sections or compatible attachments.
Kit Includes
75" Modular Extension Pole
Heavy-wall 1.5" OD × .250" wall 6061 aluminum with 304 stainless Quick-Connect ends.
Slim Single Hook Attachment
304 stainless steel. Compact 1.5" profile for reaching into tighter areas to engage ropes, cables, and pull points.
Pull Tab Attachment with Shackle
Stainless steel shackle configuration. Connection point for a sling when equipment-assisted pulling is required.
Built for Reach and Pulling Capability
This configuration is a good starting point for crews that primarily need to retrieve foam pigs, ILI tools, or other equipment from deeper inside pipeline traps.
The 75" pole sections provide more reach per section, reducing the number of connections required compared with shorter pole sections. The Slim Single Hook maintains a compact 1.5" profile for reaching into tighter areas, while the Shackle Pull Tab provides a practical connection point for equipment-assisted pulling when additional force is required.
Key Features
Start Here. Add What the Job Requires.
This kit provides the core components for a complete pulling assembly while remaining fully expandable within the Lonestar Modular Tool System.
Additional extension poles can be added for greater reach, or the Slim Single Hook can be replaced with a Dual Hook, Quad Hook, Filter Hook, Push Plate, or other compatible attachment as the job changes.
That makes the kit a good entry point into the system without locking you into one configuration.
