TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND WEBSITE USE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Website Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website, online store, products, content, and related services operated by Lonestar Integrity Technologies, LLC ("Lonestar," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our website, placing an order, accepting a quotation referencing these Terms, or purchasing or using a Lonestar product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and all policies incorporated into them, including our Product Safety & Use Requirements, Limited Warranty, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS; SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Lonestar products are designed primarily for professional and industrial applications and are intended for use only by appropriately trained and qualified personnel.

All use of Lonestar products is subject to our Product Safety & Use Requirements, which are incorporated into these Terms.

WARNING — NOT FOR LIFTING

UNLESS A PRODUCT IS EXPRESSLY IDENTIFIED BY LONESTAR INTEGRITY TECHNOLOGIES, LLC IN WRITING AS RATED AND APPROVED FOR A PARTICULAR LIFTING APPLICATION, LONESTAR PRODUCTS ARE NOT LIFTING, HOISTING, RIGGING, FALL-PROTECTION, PERSONNEL-SUPPORT, LOAD-SUPPORT, TIE-DOWN, OR OVERHEAD-SUSPENSION DEVICES.

Lonestar products must not be used to lift, hoist, suspend, support, carry, secure, or position any person or any suspended or overhead load.

Serious bodily injury, death, and substantial property damage may result from improper or prohibited use.

No working-load limit, breaking strength, lifting capacity, rigging rating, or other load rating should be inferred from a product's size, material, appearance, construction, product description, or components unless Lonestar expressly provides such a rating in writing for that specific product and specific application.

Use of any Lonestar component with a forklift, telehandler, winch, powered equipment, or other machinery does not convert that component or the Lonestar system into rated lifting or rigging equipment.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITY

The purchaser, employer, operator, and end user are solely responsible for:

•            determining whether a product is appropriate for the intended application;

•            ensuring users are appropriately trained and supervised;

•            inspecting products before each use;

•            following all product instructions and warnings;

•            maintaining adequate exclusion zones around operations;

•            keeping personnel clear of pinch points, stored-energy hazards, and the line of pull or tension;

•            selecting and using appropriate personal protective equipment;

•            complying with applicable laws, regulations, workplace requirements, equipment-manufacturer instructions, and site-specific safety procedures; and

•            determining when a product should be removed from service.

Lonestar does not control the purchaser's jobsite, equipment, procedures, operating conditions, personnel, pipeline conditions, or manner of use.

3. PIPELINE, TRAP, VESSEL, AND INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT USE

Before using Lonestar products in connection with a pipeline, pig trap, filter housing, vessel, launcher, receiver, or other pressurized equipment, the purchaser and user are responsible for confirming that the equipment has been made safe for the work being performed.

This may include, as applicable, isolation, depressurization, draining, purging, lockout/tagout, atmospheric testing, hazardous-material procedures, stored-energy control, and any other procedures required by the owner, operator, employer, manufacturer, facility, or applicable law.

A Lonestar product is not a substitute for proper system isolation or safe work practices.

Never rely on a Lonestar tool to restrain pressure, stored energy, a pressurized closure, moving equipment, or any load that could move unexpectedly.

4. INSPECTION AND REMOVAL FROM SERVICE

Products must be inspected before each use.

Do not use a product showing signs of damage or abnormal wear, including but not limited to:

•            bending;

•            cracking;

•            dents or deformation affecting function;

•            damaged or cracked welds;

•            damaged pins or fasteners;

•            excessive corrosion;

•            damaged connectors;

•            damaged or malfunctioning locking components;

•            missing components;

•            excessive wear;

•            damaged wheels or support components; or

•            any other condition that could affect safe operation.

If there is any doubt regarding the condition of a product, immediately discontinue use.

Contact Lonestar before attempting repair of a structural or safety-related component.

5. MODIFICATION AND UNAUTHORIZED COMPONENTS

Unless expressly approved in writing by Lonestar, products must not be:

•            welded;

•            drilled;

•            machined;

•            heated;

•            cut;

•            bent;

•            structurally repaired;

•            modified;

•            altered to defeat a locking or safety feature; or

•            combined with components in a manner inconsistent with Lonestar instructions.

Unauthorized modification voids any applicable warranty.

6. DOWNSTREAM WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that these Terms, applicable product instructions, safety warnings, and Product Safety & Use Requirements are provided to all persons who may use, supervise, maintain, purchase, receive, or otherwise interact with the products.

Safety labels, warnings, identification markings, and instructions must not be removed, obscured, altered, or made illegible.

If a product is transferred, resold, rented, loaned, or otherwise provided to another person or organization, applicable instructions and warnings must accompany the product.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weights, specifications, and other information.

Minor variations may occur as a result of manufacturing processes, material availability, product improvements, photography, display settings, or other factors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, drawings, photographs, renderings, descriptions, and dimensions are provided for general product-identification purposes and are not engineering certifications or load ratings.

We may revise or discontinue products, specifications, designs, components, packaging, or features without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially affect an already accepted order unless communicated to the purchaser.

8. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Lonestar may accept or reject an order in its discretion.

An order is accepted when Lonestar confirms the order, begins performance, or ships the products, whichever occurs first.

We may cancel or limit an order because of:

•            product availability;

•            suspected fraud;

•            pricing or listing errors;

•            payment issues;

•            shipping restrictions;

•            legal or regulatory restrictions;

•            suspected resale or export concerns; or

•            other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund amounts paid for products that will not be supplied.

9. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice before an order is accepted.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, quoted or displayed prices do not include applicable:

•            sales or use taxes;

•            shipping charges;

•            freight;

•            insurance;

•            customs charges;

•            duties;

•            tariffs;

•            brokerage fees; or

•            other governmental charges.

The purchaser is responsible for all applicable charges except taxes imposed directly upon Lonestar's income.

Payment must be made using an approved payment method.

The purchaser represents that it is authorized to use the payment method provided.

10. PURCHASE ORDERS AND CUSTOMER TERMS

Any purchase order, procurement document, vendor portal, acknowledgment, specification, or other document provided by a purchaser is accepted solely for purposes of identifying products, quantities, pricing, delivery information, and administrative details.

Any additional or different legal terms contained in a purchaser's purchase order or other document are expressly rejected and shall not modify these Terms unless Lonestar specifically agrees to those terms in a separate writing signed by an authorized representative of Lonestar.

Performance of an order does not constitute acceptance of additional or different purchaser terms.

These Terms control in the event of a conflict unless Lonestar expressly agrees otherwise in a signed writing.

11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless Lonestar expressly agrees in writing to a guaranteed delivery date.

Lonestar is not responsible for carrier delays or delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Where permitted by law and unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss passes according to the shipping terms stated on the applicable order, quotation, or shipment documentation.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund right that cannot legally be waived.

If we cannot ship an online order within the time promised, we will handle the delayed order in accordance with applicable law.

The purchaser should inspect shipments promptly upon receipt.

Visible shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect items should be reported to Lonestar as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within five (5) business days after delivery.

The purchaser should retain the product, packaging, photographs, and shipping documentation while a freight claim is being evaluated.

12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are governed exclusively by the Lonestar Return & Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Custom, modified, special-order, or made-to-order products may be nonreturnable as described in the Return & Refund Policy.

13. LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Lonestar products are covered only by the Limited Warranty expressly published by Lonestar and in effect at the time of sale.

No employee, distributor, representative, sales agent, website statement, oral statement, email, drawing, photograph, or other communication creates a warranty unless expressly identified as a warranty and authorized in writing by Lonestar.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED BY LONESTAR, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS."

LONESTAR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

LONESTAR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT A PRODUCT IS SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR APPLICATION UNLESS LONESTAR EXPRESSLY PROVIDES SUCH WARRANTY IN WRITING FOR THAT APPLICATION.

THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING PRODUCT SUITABILITY, COMPATIBILITY, AND SAFE USE.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. Where such exclusions are prohibited, they apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY REMEDY

Where an applicable Limited Warranty applies, Lonestar's obligation is limited, at Lonestar's option, to:

1.          repair of the defective product;

2.          replacement of the defective product or component; or

3.          refund of the purchase price paid for the defective product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this remedy is the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy for breach of the Limited Warranty.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LONESTAR AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE, SERVICES, OR PRODUCTS.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION:

•            LOST PROFITS;

•            LOST PRODUCTION;

•            LOST REVENUE;

•            BUSINESS INTERRUPTION;

•            LOSS OF USE;

•            DOWNTIME;

•            DELAY COSTS;

•            REPLACEMENT-EQUIPMENT COSTS;

•            RENTAL COSTS;

•            LOSS OF CONTRACTS;

•            LOSS OF DATA; OR

•            OTHER COMMERCIAL OR ECONOMIC LOSSES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LONESTAR'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO A PARTICULAR PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO LONESTAR FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limitations apply regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, warranty, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or another theory, and even if Lonestar has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. MISUSE AND THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS

To the extent permitted by law, the purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lonestar and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees to the extent caused by or arising from the purchaser's or user's:

•            prohibited use of a product;

•            use for lifting, hoisting, rigging, personnel support, fall protection, or suspended loads;

•            misuse or abuse;

•            failure to follow instructions or warnings;

•            failure to inspect or maintain a product;

•            unauthorized modification or repair;

•            removal or alteration of safety warnings;

•            failure to provide warnings or instructions to subsequent users;

•            failure to properly train or supervise personnel;

•            violation of applicable law or workplace safety requirements; or

•            negligent or intentional conduct.

This section does not require a purchaser to indemnify Lonestar for liability to the extent caused by Lonestar's own conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.

18. PRODUCT MISUSE DOES NOT CREATE AN APPROVED APPLICATION

Lonestar's awareness that a customer has used or proposes to use a product in a particular manner does not constitute approval of that application.

Failure by Lonestar to object to a customer's use does not create a warranty, rating, certification, or representation that the use is safe or appropriate.

Only an express written approval issued by an authorized Lonestar representative may constitute approval of a particular non-standard application.

19. FORCE MAJEURE

Lonestar is not liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, labor disruptions, government action, transportation interruption, carrier failure, utility interruption, cyberattack, epidemic, pandemic, material shortages, supplier delays, or other similar events.

20. WEBSITE AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may rely on Shopify and other third-party providers for ecommerce, payments, shipping, analytics, communications, or other functions.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy policies.

Lonestar is not responsible for third-party websites, services, availability, security, or content except to the extent required by applicable law.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its contents, including product names, photographs, drawings, designs, logos, text, graphics, videos, manuals, documentation, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Lonestar and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No Lonestar material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, commercially exploited, reverse-engineered where prohibited by these Terms, or used to manufacture competing products without prior written authorization.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Lonestar intellectual property to a purchaser or website user.

22. FEEDBACK

If you voluntarily provide product suggestions, ideas, photographs, reviews, testimonials, or other feedback, you grant Lonestar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that material for legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable privacy law.

You represent that you have the right to provide the material.

23. PROHIBITED WEBSITE USE

You may not use the website:

•            for unlawful purposes;

•            to commit fraud;

•            to interfere with website operation or security;

•            to introduce malicious software;

•            to improperly access another person's account or information;

•            to infringe intellectual-property rights; or

•            to scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit substantial website content without permission.

24. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

Purchasers are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to possession, export, import, resale, operation, and use of the products.

Products may not be exported, transferred, or used in violation of U.S. export-control or sanctions laws.

25. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

You consent to receive order confirmations, invoices, notices, disclosures, policy updates, and other transaction-related communications electronically at the contact information you provide.

26. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms and any transaction with Lonestar shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law applies.

To the extent permitted by law, any lawsuit arising from or relating to these Terms, the website, or a purchase from Lonestar shall be brought in a state or federal court having jurisdiction in or serving the county in Texas where Lonestar's principal place of business is located.

Each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, the applicable quotation or order confirmation, Product Safety & Use Requirements, Limited Warranty, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any written agreement signed by an authorized Lonestar representative constitute the entire agreement applicable to the transaction.

If a specifically negotiated written agreement signed by Lonestar conflicts with these Terms, the specifically negotiated agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

28. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain effective.

29. WAIVER

Failure by Lonestar to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

30. ASSIGNMENT

The purchaser may not assign its rights or obligations under these Terms without Lonestar's prior written consent.

Lonestar may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or other business transaction.

31. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically.

The version applicable to a product purchase will generally be the version in effect when the applicable order was accepted unless otherwise required by law.

The current version will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.

Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Last Updated: October 7, 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how Lonestar Integrity Technologies ("Lonestar," "we," "us," or "our") processes and ships orders.

This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. ORDER PROCESSING AND LEAD TIMES

Order-processing and shipment times vary depending on product availability, quantity, fabrication requirements, customization, and shipping method.

Estimated lead times shown on our website, quotations, order confirmations, or other communications are estimates unless expressly identified in writing as guaranteed.

Stocked products may ship sooner than fabricated, special-order, custom, or made-to-order products.

If an order contains products with different lead times, we may hold the order for consolidated shipment or ship available products separately.

2. SHIPPING METHODS

Lonestar may ship orders using:

  • UPS;

  • FedEx;

  • USPS;

  • regional or specialty parcel carriers;

  • less-than-truckload ("LTL") freight;

  • truckload freight;

  • dedicated or expedited carriers; or

  • other transportation providers appropriate for the size, weight, value, or destination of the shipment.

The shipping method shown at checkout may not be available for unusually large, long, heavy, high-value, remote, or otherwise specialized shipments.

Where necessary, Lonestar may contact the purchaser before shipment to confirm or revise shipping arrangements.

3. OVERSIZED AND FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

Some Lonestar products exceed normal parcel-carrier dimensions and may require oversized parcel service, LTL freight, dedicated transportation, or another specialized shipping method.

Freight shipments may require a commercial delivery address with suitable access for the carrier.

The purchaser is responsible for accurately identifying whether the delivery location:

  • has a loading dock;

  • has a forklift or other suitable unloading equipment;

  • requires liftgate service;

  • is a residential address;

  • is a limited-access location;

  • requires a delivery appointment;

  • has access restrictions; or

  • has any other condition that may affect delivery or carrier charges.

The purchaser is responsible for safely unloading freight shipments unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges may be calculated at checkout, quoted separately, or invoiced based on the shipment's dimensions, weight, destination, carrier, and required services.

For unusually large or specialized shipments, an online shipping calculation may be an estimate.

If actual shipping requirements differ materially from the information provided during ordering, Lonestar may contact the purchaser before shipment regarding any material change in shipping cost.

We will not knowingly substitute a materially more expensive shipping method without contacting the purchaser unless the purchaser previously authorized such charges.

5. ADDITIONAL FREIGHT AND ACCESSORIAL CHARGES

Additional carrier charges may apply for services or conditions including:

  • residential delivery;

  • liftgate service;

  • limited-access delivery;

  • inside delivery;

  • delivery appointments;

  • address correction;

  • redelivery;

  • reconsignment;

  • storage;

  • detention;

  • refused shipments;

  • remote-area delivery; or

  • other carrier accessorial services.

Charges resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the purchaser, unavailable unloading equipment, refused delivery, or conditions at the delivery location may be charged to the purchaser to the extent permitted by law.

6. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Transit and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless Lonestar expressly agrees in writing to a guaranteed service.

Carrier delays may occur because of weather, transportation interruptions, mechanical issues, labor disruptions, natural disasters, government action, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside Lonestar's control.

A carrier's estimated delivery date does not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment by Lonestar.

7. DELAYED SHIPMENT

Lonestar will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe communicated when the order is placed.

If we determine that an online order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation opportunity, or refund required by applicable law.

If no shipment timeframe has been stated, orders will be handled in accordance with applicable federal shipping requirements.

8. SHIPPING ADDRESS

The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and appropriate contact information.

Lonestar is not responsible for delay or additional charges resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated shipping information supplied by the purchaser.

If an address correction or reconsignment is required after shipment, additional carrier charges may apply.

9. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Lonestar may ship an order in multiple packages or shipments when reasonably necessary due to:

  • product availability;

  • size or weight;

  • carrier limitations;

  • separate manufacturing locations; or

  • efficiency of transportation.

Tracking information may therefore be provided separately for different portions of an order.

10. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

The purchaser should inspect all shipments promptly upon delivery.

For freight shipments, inspect the shipment before signing the carrier's delivery receipt whenever reasonably possible.

If packaging or products show visible damage, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before accepting the shipment.

Photograph:

  • the shipment before unloading where practical;

  • damaged packaging;

  • the shipping label;

  • damaged products;

  • pallets, crates, or boxes; and

  • any visible impact or puncture damage.

Retain all packaging and damaged materials until Lonestar confirms they are no longer needed for the claim.

11. SHIPPING DAMAGE

Visible shipping damage, shortages, or missing packages should be reported to Lonestar as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within five (5) business days of delivery.

Contact:

adam@lsintegrity.com

Please provide:

  • order number;

  • shipment or tracking number;

  • description of the damage or shortage; and

  • photographs where applicable.

We will work with the carrier and purchaser to evaluate the claim.

Reporting damage promptly helps preserve available carrier claims and documentation.

Nothing in this policy eliminates rights that cannot legally be waived.

12. CONCEALED DAMAGE

If shipping damage is discovered only after the packaging has been opened, stop using the affected product and contact Lonestar promptly.

Photograph the product and packaging and retain all shipping materials while the claim is evaluated.

13. LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

If tracking indicates a shipment may be lost or if delivery has not occurred within a reasonable period after the expected delivery date, contact Lonestar.

We may open an investigation or claim with the carrier.

Replacement, refund, or other resolution will depend upon the circumstances, applicable carrier procedures, contractual shipping terms, and applicable law.

14. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered because of conditions attributable to the purchaser, the purchaser may be responsible for reasonable:

  • return freight;

  • redelivery charges;

  • storage charges;

  • carrier fees; and

  • other costs incurred as a result.

Any returned product remains subject to the Lonestar Return & Refund Policy.

15. LOCAL PICKUP

Where Lonestar agrees to local pickup, the purchaser is responsible for providing suitable transportation and safely securing the products for transport.

Products must not be transported in a manner that could damage them or create a safety hazard.

16. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Where international shipping is offered, the purchaser is responsible for determining whether the products may lawfully be imported into the destination country.

Unless expressly included in the quoted price, the purchaser is responsible for applicable:

  • import duties;

  • tariffs;

  • taxes;

  • customs fees;

  • brokerage charges; and

  • other governmental charges.

Customs processing may delay delivery.

Lonestar is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or other government agencies.

17. RISK OF LOSS AND SHIPPING TERMS

Risk of loss and responsibility for goods in transit will be determined by the applicable order documents, agreed shipping terms, and applicable law.

Where Lonestar and the purchaser expressly agree to specific freight or Incoterm-style shipping terms in a quotation or written order acknowledgment, those agreed terms control to the extent applicable.

Nothing in this section affects rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be modified.

18. RETURNS

Shipping-related returns remain subject to the Lonestar Return & Refund Policy.

Do not return a shipment without first obtaining authorization from Lonestar.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Last Updated: September 26, 2026

We want customers to receive the correct Lonestar product in acceptable condition. This policy explains returns, cancellations, shipping-damage claims, and refunds.

This Return & Refund Policy forms part of the Lonestar Integrity Technologies, LLC Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. STANDARD RETURNS

Unless otherwise stated below, standard stocked products may be returned if:

•            a return authorization is requested within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery;

•            the product is unused;

•            the product has not been installed, modified, welded, drilled, machined, damaged, or altered;

•            the product is complete with all components originally supplied;

•            the product is in resalable condition; and

•            the purchaser follows the return authorization procedure below.

Acceptance of a return is subject to inspection by Lonestar.

2. RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

Before sending a product back, contact:

adam@lsintegrity.com

Include:

•            purchaser name;

•            order number;

•            product being returned;

•            quantity;

•            reason for return; and

•            photographs if requested.

Do not ship a return until Lonestar authorizes the return and provides return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

3. RESTOCKING FEE

Approved discretionary returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless Lonestar waives the fee in writing.

The restocking fee generally does not apply when Lonestar determines that:

•            the wrong product was shipped;

•            the product was materially damaged before delivery; or

•            the return is being handled as an approved warranty claim.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

For discretionary returns, the purchaser is responsible for:

•            return freight;

•            appropriate packaging;

•            insurance where appropriate; and

•            risk of loss or damage during return transportation.

Original shipping and freight charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from a Lonestar shipping error or as otherwise required by law.

If a product is damaged because of inadequate return packaging, the refund may be reduced or denied based on the resulting loss in value.

5. CUSTOM AND SPECIAL-ORDER PRODUCTS

The following are final sale and nonreturnable unless defective or otherwise agreed in writing:

•            custom-manufactured products;

•            specially fabricated products;

•            products made to customer specifications;

•            specially modified products;

•            special-order or non-stock products;

•            custom-labeled or engraved products; and

•            products specifically identified as nonreturnable before purchase.

6. USED OR MODIFIED PRODUCTS

Products that have been used, installed, field-modified, welded, drilled, machined, cut, bent, damaged, or otherwise altered are not eligible for discretionary return.

A product believed to be defective should instead be submitted under the Limited Warranty.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

Standard stocked-product orders may generally be cancelled before shipment if cancellation is received and processed before the order ships.

An order may not be cancellable once:

•            fabrication has begun;

•            a special-order component has been ordered;

•            customization has begun;

•            the product has been modified for the customer; or

•            the order has shipped.

Where a custom or special-order cancellation is accepted after costs have been incurred, Lonestar may deduct actual nonrecoverable costs from any refund to the extent permitted by law.

8. SHIPPING DAMAGE, SHORTAGES, AND INCORRECT ITEMS

Inspect all shipments promptly after delivery.

Visible freight damage, missing items, or incorrect items should be reported to Lonestar preferably within five (5) business days after delivery.

Please provide photographs of:

•            the shipping container;

•            shipping label;

•            damaged area;

•            affected product; and

•            packing materials.

Do not discard damaged products or packaging until Lonestar advises that they are no longer required for the claim.

Failure to report visible damage promptly may affect the ability to pursue a claim against the carrier but does not eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. WARRANTY CLAIMS

This Return & Refund Policy is separate from the Lonestar Limited Warranty.

Products believed to contain a manufacturing defect should be submitted under the Limited Warranty rather than treated as a discretionary return.

10. REFUND PROCESSING

After an authorized returned product is received and inspected, Lonestar will determine whether the return meets this policy.

Approved refunds will generally equal:

purchase price paid

minus applicable restocking fee

minus nonrefundable shipping or freight charges

minus any reduction for return damage or missing components.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Lonestar will generally initiate an approved refund within ten (10) business days following inspection of the returned product.

Banks and payment processors may require additional time to post the refund.

11. DELAYED OR UNAVAILABLE ORDERS

If Lonestar cannot ship an online order within the promised shipment period, the customer will be provided any cancellation, delay-consent, or refund rights required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Product Overview

Support Long Pole Assemblies Deeper Into the Pipe

As additional extension poles are added, supporting the weight and controlling the position of a long pole assembly can become increasingly difficult.

The Triple Wheel Support slides directly over a Lonestar Modular Extension Pole and provides three rolling contact points to support the assembly inside the pipe or trap.

Position the support approximately where needed on the pole, secure it using the lever-handle set screw, and roll the pole assembly farther into the pipe with significantly less unsupported pole length.

It is especially useful for deep trap work, pushing foam pigs, and pipe-cleaning applications using the Lonestar Pipe Washer Attachment.

How It Attaches

Slides Directly Over the Pole

Unlike most Lonestar tool attachments, the Triple Wheel Support does not use the Quick-Connect interface.

The center sleeve is sized to slide over the Modular Extension Pole from the attachment end. The support can then be positioned farther back on the pole, typically around four feet from the working end depending on the application, and secured in place with the lever-handle set screw.

This allows the working attachment to remain installed normally while the wheel assembly supports the pole behind it.

The three wheel arms can be positioned at three different settings to accommodate a range of pipe diameters.

Pole Rotation

Support the Pole Without Losing Hook Control

Supporting a long pole assembly shouldn't prevent the operator from positioning the tool on the working end.

The Triple Wheel Support is designed to allow the pole to rotate within the center support, so the operator can still index a hook or other attachment while the pole assembly remains supported by the wheels.

This is especially useful when trying to engage a rope, cable, or other pull point deep inside a launcher or receiver.

Deep Trap Work

Reduce Unsupported Pole Length

When a hook or other tool needs to reach well beyond the trap opening, several connected pole sections may be required.

Without intermediate support, more of the pole assembly's weight must be carried from outside the trap. The Triple Wheel Support moves that support point farther into the pipe and lets the assembly roll as it is advanced or retracted.

That makes it particularly useful when working with longer pole configurations where reach is necessary but unsupported pole weight becomes cumbersome.

More Than a Retrieval Support

Deep Pig & Tool Retrieval

Guide long pole assemblies deeper into a trap while maintaining the ability to rotate and position the hook.

Foam Pig Insertion

The rolling support helps carry the pole assembly as a Round Push Plate is used to move a foam pig farther into a launcher.

Pipe Cleaning

Pair the support with the Lonestar Pipe Washer Attachment to roll the tool back and forth through the pipe while maintaining support and alignment of the pole assembly.

Built in Texas
